CSIRTs and security teams that are "listed" but not "accredited" are kept in the TI repository on a best-effort basis. There are neither safeguards for the correctness of information on "listed" CSIRTs, nor is there pro-active maintenance for that information. To be "listed" a CSIRT needs to argument that it exists and has a constituency that it provides CSIRT services to. To be removed, it has to become apparent to the TI that one of either conditions is no longer valid. If any of the information provided on "listed" teams seems incorrect to you (e.g. the CSIRT no longer exists), you are encouraged to report this to the TI.
