The Trusted Introducer or TI is operated by S-CURE (The Netherlands), in co-operation with PreSecure and DFN-CERT (both Germany). Contracting party is TERENA on behalf of the "accredited" CSIRTs that pay for the TI.

This mailaddress is is monitored during normal business hours (timezone: GMT+1; GMT+2 with DST). There is no auto-reply service in operation currently. Normally we clear our mailbox before the weekend. When you do not receive any reply (e.g. because of a blacklist), you can send an SMS as specified below.

Special inquiries / escalations / feedback are requested to be sent to the TI manager Don Stikvoort at the mail address [ don.stikvoort#trusted-introducer*org with # -> @ and * -> . ] and will be dealt with as soon as possible. If needed use the manager's PGP key to encrypt the message.
